Do you want to travel and also experience the country like a true Turk?

I am an Australian who has lived in Istanbul for seven years and can give you a unique perspective on the real Turkey. I have a lovely apartment which is a short ferry ride to everything you could possibly want to see and also offer you a unique insight into day-to-day Turkish life.
My funky, modern apartment is located in a charming quiet neighbourhood, close to the historical heart of the Asian side of Istanbul. It is very easily accessible and 5 minutes from the centre of Kadikoy, which is a vibrant and exciting area on the Asian side. We are very close to frequent ferry transport to all areas of the authenic Asian side or to the European side where you can experience all of the historical tourist sites.
The person you will sharing is an Australian English teacher with an excellent knowledge of the city and who can double as a daily city guide or help you with all the practicalities. There are also 2 lovely cats who add that special home ambience.
There are two spacious rooms available, both with double beds.
This place is ideal for single women, couples, mature travellers, gay travellers, or business travellers who prefer more laid-back home-style accommodation.
